• Our Director Mr. Ashwinie Kumar Bansal has the distinction of being known as an architect of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 as he had drafted and proposed the New Arbitration Bill and repealing of old Arbitration Act, 1940 in 1994 on consideration of which he was invited as a distinguished Arbitration Expert by the Ministry of Law and Justice, Government of India in the committee for drafting the Arbitration Bill, 1995 and he had made significant contributions to it. He handles high stake arbitration proceedings generally involving contentious claims in different fields.
• Our lawyers appear in all courts in North India including District Courts, High Courts at Chandigarh, Shimla, New Delhi, Jaipur, Jammu & Srinagar and Also in the Supreme Court of India along with all statutory and regulatory tribunals. In arbitration, we appear in ad hoc and institutional arbitrations seated in and outside India governed by the (Indian) Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 and all the main rules, including those of the SIAC, ICC, LCIA, HKIAC, and UNCITRAL.
