Throughout his distinguished career, Adv. Ashwinie Kumar Bansal has consistently demonstrated a deep understanding of arbitration law, emerging as a trusted expert in the field. He has authored 10 books on Arbitration and other laws and handled over 2000 Arbitration matters. He has served as legal counsel in a multitude of domestic and international arbitration cases, showcasing an unwavering commitment to achieving favourable outcomes for clients across various industries.

Notably, Advocate Ashwinie Kumar Bansal possesses a wealth of experience in diverse areas such as commercial arbitration, investor-state disputes, construction arbitration, and contractual matters. He is widely known an architect of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 as he had drafted and proposed the New Arbitration Bill and repealing of old Arbitration Act, 1940 in 1994 on consideration of which he was invited as a distinguished Arbitration Expert by the Ministry of Law and Justice, Government of India in the committee for drafting the Arbitration Bill, 1995 and he had made significant contributions to it.
