ADVOCATE

TRAINING PROGRAM

Providing practical and mentored training so that the trainee advocate can learn the art of advocacy , drafting of pleadings and case management. Both in-house training as well as training before various courts and tribunals are also provided. Further, the six months programme of empirical learning aims at covering all the aspects of Arbitration, Corporate and Commercial law under our specialized guidance.

ELIGIBILITY

A young enthusiastic Advocate keen to acquire on the job training. The advocate trainee must be enrolled with the Bar Council of India. The advocate trainee must be willing to work before various courts and tribunals. The training will focus on all empirical aspects of legal and procedural matters .

CURRICULUM

Training/appearance in District Courts, High Courts and The Supreme Court.
Training/appearance before tribunals and also Arbitration Centre at Chandigarh.
Publication of minimum 5 articles on  Law.
Training in drafting of pleadings, applications, writs, replies, notices, etc.
Attendance in arbitration hearings held at Chandigarh and Delhi.

REGISTRATION AND FEES

Deadline of Registration is upto 20th of every month.

Registration Fees : INR 50,000/- (for 6 Months)

On successful completion of training, after 6 months, the Advocate Trainee shall be given Good Work Award amounting to Rs 40,000/-

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN

Art of leading evidence, art of arguing , drafting skills , client handling, case filing , communication skills, legal language,other practical and procedural issues related to advocacy.
